My experience using Asus product are bad. For the past year , i tried their laptop and the premium phone ROG and both of them started giving problem since month of usage. For example , my Asus Laptop charging port cant be use after 1 month of usage. Board problem within 7 month.
As for the ROG Phone , my first ROG is ROG 2 , 3 times changing board within 1 year . I tried upgrade to ROG 5S Pro and within 1 month of usage , the board already broken. Take like 2 month for asus to give back my phone . And after 3 month , my screen doesn’t detect any touches. Fix it like a month and then i decide to sold all my asus product .

I have had a horrible experience with a high end ultra-light ASUS laptop. Around 30% of the screen display conked (on the left side) in October 2020 – and more importantly where the Windows 10 menu appears. This happened just a few months after the 3 yr warranty period was over (i bought the laptop in Aug-2017). The model was Asus Zenbook 3 (UX390UA). Asus could not find a screen display replacement! The laptop became useless! (though I still have it with me)
